Founded in 2011, Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings stands as a pivotal subsidiary of Islandwide Marketing Services (IMS). Today, our scope extends across Sustainable Energy Solutions, Water and Wastewater Solutions, Specialized Solutions for Building and Sports Construction, and Automotive Solutions. Our diverse clientele spans Hotels & Resorts, Educational Institutions, Sporting Complexes, Condominiums, Telecom Companies, Factories, Farms, and more.

Board of Directors

After receiving his basic education from Royal College Colombo, Chavi graduated from the University of Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada with a Bachelor in Business Administration, he entered the financial services industry as a professional Financial Advisor for Investors Group Financial Services. Subsequent to his experience in financial services, he then ventured into the commercial sector as a young and vibrant entrepreneur by co-founding Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings (CDH) upon returning to the motherland. Chavi also holds an MBA from Edith Covan University, Australia. His foundation in investment and financial services has given him a broader perspective to the intricacies of insurance and his passion in embracing the industry led to the inception of Ceynergy Insurance Brokers and its present success. An entrepreneur with a clear vision for success, Chavi currently holds multiple management positions as Director at Mediawize Integrated (Pvt) Ltd., the Managing Director for Third Generation Sports Solutions, Managing Director for Ceynergy Overseas and founder and director of Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings and Ceynergy Insurance Brokers.

Chief Executive Officer / Director

Mr. Samitha R. Seneviratne, B.Sc (CMB), MBA (Ireland) – Director of Islandwide Marketing Services (Pvt) Ltd (IMS), who counts over 25 years of experience in the industrial marketing segment promoting industrial chemicals, raw materials & machinery. During the tenure with IMS, he has been able to expand the product portfolio and also the supply bases by introducing new products through new global suppliers. Further, he counts hand on experience working with renewable energy projects by way of promoting joint ventures. As such, he maintains a high level of acquaintance with key Stakeholders connected to the renewable energy segment in Sri Lanka. He has been a Board member of Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings (Pvt) Ltd since its inception and now looks after new developments and strategy.

Samitha Senevirathne

Director

Co-founder of Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings, Thilanka presently spearheads multiple business operations – from advertising to tech-based solutions. With a background in advertising and IT, his expertise, insights and experience complement his leadership abilities and are great assets in handling multiple teams across various affiliate companies. Back in 2007, Thilanka co-founded Lionsbay Holdings, functioning in the capacity of Director Operations Sri Lanka, while overlooking local operations of the company. In 2013, Thilanka moved onto capitalize on his experience in the advertising field by setting up Mediawize Integrated (Pvt) Ltd., where he currently heads the team as Chief Executive Officer. In addition, he is also a Director of Ceynergy Insurance Brokers, Third Generation Sports Solutions and Ceynergy Overseas (Maldives). ‘AppCity’ is amongst Thilanka’s most recent ventures, and is a start-up tech firm focused on developing mobile applications. The venture is a partnership between US companies, operations of which are based in Colombo.

Thilanka Fernando

Director

Adept in all aspects of insurance, Jithendra plays a pivotal role as the Director and Team Lead for the international medical insurance wing, as well as the Managing force over the overall insurance unit of CIB. He entered the profession at a young age, as an agent with Ceylinco Insurance, after receiving his basic education from Mahinda College, Galle. Subsequently, he joined Aviva NDB with prospects of furthering his professional aspirations. Over the past 25 years Jithendra has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in general insurance while specializing in international medical indemnification. He has been rewarded with multiple accolades and credentials owing to his dedication and professionalism as a result-oriented professional. Jithendra has been credited with two prestigious awards in Financial Planning and International Medical Insurance Sales, both awarded by the Sri Lankan Insurance Institute. He was also awarded the Golden Eagle in 2007, by Eagle Insurance and the 2006 award for Best Performer by BUPA (Rainbow Trust)
